Oh my God, who is this person who has taken over my brain?

***********************************

I'm looking forward to going to work tomorrow!!!!!  That's right, I said, "I'm looking forward to going to work tomorrow!!!!!"

You men may not know a thing about this PMS symptom, but I have been experiencing the only symptom I really like about PMS.  Oh wait, there is one other symptom that is really pleasurable, but this particular symptom is USEFUL, and if I am nothing else, I am a very practical woman.  I don't even know what this symptom is called, but it makes me feel like I can not only move a mountain, but that I can also balance the earth on its axis, while singlehandedly painting the sky another shade of beautiful blue.  This symptom usually only lasts for about a day, but this go round, I have been blessed with four going on five days of overdrive energy.  I have done all sorts of housework which I normally avoid, including the dreaded scrubbing of the toilet with a pumice stone.  I have worked at work from the time I clocked in until past time for me to go home, and I didn't want to stop working then.  I have gone to the gym, worked out in my yard, and cleaned my neighborhood street, before the street sweeper could come.  I still feel a surge of energy, and I can't wait to go back to work tomorrow and handle every piece of paper that I have been avoiding, because I was tired of trying to figure out what to do with it.  I am not only physically charged, I am also mentally on ... and I mean on.  I stacked all those papers into one pile, and methodically went through them, making decisions and executing the plan for each one before moving on to the next piece.  I am down to the last quarter of that stack, and I cannot wait until I go back to work tomorrow, so that I can thrive on the last remnant of this burst of hormonal energy.

I wish I knew the magic combination of body chemicals, which is responsible for the symptom that I now realize is PRODUCTIVITY, because productivity is a sexy word to me, and I would love for it to be a permanant character trait of mine.  Maybe this is what speed feels like, or all those Red Bull energy drinks some people drink.  The only drug I have ever used is caffeine, and it doesn't produce this level of hard core physical and mental productivity.  I want productivity to be who I am, not what I take.  So why, oh why, can't I suffer from PRODUCTIVITY all the time, and not just as a byproduct of PMS??

I want to BE a mover and a shaker!!!
