Jury Duty = New Pair of Jeans!!!!

Gotta love it.  The perpetrator whose trial I was likely to be a juror in, pled guilty, and I'm getting a check for my hour's worth of trouble.  Thanks for the new pair of jeans perp!  Hmmm, I wonder if I should tell them to keep the money.  That really would be a civic duty.  Hey, I already pick up litter ... gimme a break ... I "need" new jeans to take to Vegas.

I was reading something which sparked thinking mode. What do I consider fun, and how can I incorporate more fun into my life?

Things I consider fun:

Hiking
Dancing
Zumba class
Bowling
Spending time with friends and family
Flirting
Going to the movies
Going to the beach
Reading favorite bloggers' blogs
Shopping, but only when I find something I love.
Going places I have not been before.
Snapping photos
Rolling out a poem (it happens on occasion)
Getting dressed up and feeling sexy
Kissing ***
More kissing ******
Some more kissing *********
Ummm ... s*e*x when it's with someone I am mad about.

Aunt of 14 made me a winner !

Blogger "Aunt of 14" had a giveaway contest. I was one of three lucky winners. I was completely surprised when I received not only my super duper grand prize Affirmation Ball, but also some really cool goodies. If I had my camera with me, I would snap some happy pictures of the sweet loot she sent me, and share the visual with yall :)

Turning a few frowns upside down!

Hah! I'm a smile maker, a heart taker, a soul shaker!

Having been happily inspired by the phantom of the gym, who leaves notes posted on the mirrors in the locker room, I posted a note on each mirror in our three office restrooms (bathrooms, washrooms -- for those of you who speak a different dialect of english).

First note: "You look fabulous dahling!"

Second note: "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? YOU ARE!"

Third note: "You are stunningly beautiful!"

My co-workers broke out into smiles!!!

They loved these little surpise notes, as much as I did!

I'm going to change them every week!

It's called OPERATION BEAUTY!
