Say to me, "We need to do this or that." When what you really mean is "I" need to do this or that.
I realize that you believe you are encouraging team building, but I've been on to your psychological ploy for some time now, and I'm calling bullshit on it.
House Rules: Any and all passersby, stalkers and the like, can post comments under "lurker comments." They will be screened for hexes, spells, foils, curses, foul smells and cooties before posting.

Or your not on to the psycho ploy at all. And really they have a mouse in their pocket, and when they're speaking they may be looking at you but actually talking to said mouse.
