You ROCK!

Hey, bloggers whom I follow.  I just wanted to send out a BIG shout of THANKS and PRAISE for your dedicated and entertaining blogging.  To be honest with you, I wouldn't normally think of thanking you for all the entertainment and enjoyment you provide me (and of course countless others), but I have been perusing other blogs by way of the "next blog" option at the top of my blog page, and I was reminded of what great blogs you each write.

I am not sure what makes for an appealing blog for anyone other than me, but I noticed how particular I am about blogs, by how fast I was pushing the next "next blog" button.  I passed over many of those "next blogs" simply because their sites looked chaotic.  I passed over a crazy amount of others, because I am only fluent in this language ... the language you are currently reading.  I passed over other blogs, because they were geared only towards commerce or one subject such as photography, cooking or gardening (all good subjects to be sure). 

I seek blogs that allow me a peek into who others are, not just the hobbies which they pursue.  I seek blogs which are playful even when they are serious.  And of course, who doesn't seek those blogs most witty among us? 

I don't take negative pleasure in other people's dramas, their daily dilemmas or their dark moods, but I do take pleasure in their trusting vulnerability and humanity.  I love being able to relate to people, or to simply see another point of view.  I love hearing about both accomplishments and struggles.  I love hearing about everyday lives. 

I've discovered from all this "next blog" action, that finding blogs which I can perpetually enjoy, is sort of like hunting for prize Easter eggs, and I count myself lucky to have found all of you.
