Aren't we a curious lot?

I heard on some NPR quiz show the other day, that printed in a travel book for foreigners planning a visit to the United States, was the fact that Americans hate to be ________________, yet they do it all the time.

What do you think Americans do all the time, but hate when others do it?

  2. Interrupted? I think too many Americans TALK more than we LISTEN.

  3. Yep, "Interrupted" is the missing word. I have been guilty of that, and it is something I'm going to be more mindful of.

There is no doubt that Americans (including me) are guilty of a host of other similar offenses ;) Shame on us.
