It's Monday, Hop on.
I'm here on my own wheel. Damn it, this high-waisted corset skirt doesn't allow for such soldierly strides, and the heels of my peep-toe black patent leather pumps keep catching on those trippy rungs!!!
Give me a hand off this thing will ya?

I don't know if I can get you off the treadmill, but I can wish you a Happy Monday! :)
ReplyDeleteAny Monday I am on the North side of the dirt is a good Monday. As for the wheel, you need the exercise so I'll hold your skirt up for ya. You're welcome!
ReplyDelete@ Lola -- Happy Monday to you too!
ReplyDelete@CP -- Thanks for the reminder and the offer. Aren't you just the ever ready gentleman waiting to help a damsel in distress. ;)
I saw that show on the senior singers last year...brought tears of joy to my eyes too...I almost ordered the DVD but fought the urge...lol...I don't know what the answer is but I'm starting to think gratitude is good...for being healthy and a little bit wiser...as much as I like the computer I think we all hide behind it a little too much and forget to experience life...I'm definitely as guilty of that as the next...
ReplyDelete@Sheryl -- that's so true. As I watched those elders, I thought to myself, "Girl, not only should you be grateful to still be as healthy as you seem to be, but you should also consider it your duty to live a fuller life, because you CAN." Figuring out how to live a fuller life proves to be my only conundrum.
ReplyDeleteYour graphic is missing the rat you are racin'....
ReplyDelete:)
@Iggy -- It sure is. I would have a talk with the artist, but ummmm I can't, because I don't know who the artist is.
ReplyDeleteWhich brings up the fact, that I need a lesson on how to track down image owners and ask for permission to use their stuff. Got any tips?
Yep, that's how I feel most days!
